Live @ WKDU: The Fairy Godkiller

WKDU is proud to introduce our very first radio drama, The Fairy Godkiller!

This full cast audio drama, inspired by classic BBC radio dramas is set in a low fantasy world. The Fairy Godkiller stars CJ, a socially awkward, high strung princess from a tiny kingdom in the seemingly peaceful continent of Minaret. She doesn't like thinking about her birthright, or the responsibilities of her station, but loves shutting in to read romance novels. However, the world has other plans… CJ will soon come of age, so her father gives her a special gift: her very own Fairy Godfather. One small issue: "Fairy Godfather" is a euphemism, for an assassin. This is only the beginning of CJ's woes. Join us as CJ is thrust into the world of strife and politics of Minaret, all the while her assassin whispers in her ear "this is the way of the world… deception, violence and death. Time to get with the program. After all, you wouldn't want to be left behind, would you?"

Can she survive in this chaotic world full of intrigue and strife? Will she be able to maintain some semblance of her morality? You'll have to tune in May 18th @ 6 PM for the full premiere! After, we'll have a Q&A with the writer, director AND editor, CCSynan!
