Live @ WKDU: Simply Sedated

Simply Sedated is a hard-rocking trio based in Philadelphia, PA. Fronted by guitarist Eric Weir, and rhythmically reinforced by bassist, Gavyn Green, and drummer, Jaxon Graham, they deliver a unique punk rock punch with abstractly vintage tones. The band's name undertones that twisted, jaded feeling of general discontent. Simply put, Simply Sedated is fed up with the world and wants to rock out. While creatively fueled by vibrations of late 1960’s rock and roll, 1990’s grunge is the true match to their flame. Pulling inspiration from Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and the torn vocals of Nirvana, the group has bred a distinctive and unmistakable wall of sound like no other. Simply Sedated debut single, “No New Thing”, produced by Matinicus Neveu, was released late last year. Now, they are ready to share more of what they've been working on.
