Music Fo' Grown Fo'ks on Fri 12/18/09

The End, pt. 2
Today was the last show ever of ‘Music Fo’ Grown Fo’ks’ as we celebrated the 4th Annual Christmas Spectacular (it was filled with Love Ballads, Christmas Joy, and Winter Blues). My friend Sarah came the studio with me from NYC, and we partied in the pre-Blizzard haze that came over Philly. It is sad to finally move on from something that has been such a part of my life. At times I was more dedicated to this radio show than any other aspect of my life: family, friends, work, or romance. But it was time, and now I feel great to explore other aspects of my life that I have neglected for so long. It is remarkable that one little scheduling error could, so change the course of my life. But it has, and I can’t help but feel it was meant to be. Everybody keep in touch. Email me: maximum.shine@yahoo.com.
