The Mynabirds is the indie pop project of American singer-songwriter Laura Burhenn, who formed the band in 2009 after the split of her previous duo, Georgie James. The Mynabirds, signed to Saddle Creek Records, have released albums including What We Lose in the Fire We Gain in the Flood (2010), GENERALS (2012), Lovers Know (2015), and Be Here Now (2017). Burhenn has also toured with bands like the Postal Service and Bright Eyes.
