Electronic-pop artist Chaz Bundick, aka Toro y Moi has taken on a variety of musical styles throughout his budding career. From his earlier efforts in spearheading the chillwave movement in 2008 to his critically acclaimed 2013 release Anything In Return which featured House and R&B elements, Bundick has proven he is one of the most ambitious and versatile artists out currently. His new album What For? is out April 7th on Carpark Records and sees a return to his guitar-driven indie roots. Recorded in Bundick's Berkeley home, What For? also features contributions from Julian Lynch and Unknown Mortal Orchestra's Ruban Nielson.
